Background

Amin holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Privacy Law and Cybersecurity from the University of Southern California, along with a Certificate in Transnational Law and Business — a combination that reflects both his depth in emerging regulatory areas and his focus on cross-border legal practice. Before joining Supreme Law Group, Amin spent nearly a decade as state counsel with the Egyptian State Lawsuits Authority (ESLA), a vital judicial body established in 1874 that functions similarly to an Attorney General’s office in common law systems.

In that role, he represented the Egyptian state in complex civil, administrative, and international matters before the nation’s highest courts — advising on high-stakes contractual disputes, cross-border agreements, and treaty-based investment claims. This experience gave him a strong foundation in both domestic litigation and international legal practice that few attorneys can match.

Practice Focus

Amin’s practice centers on commercial disputes, cross-border transactions, and contract matters. Drawing on his background in international litigation and regulatory law, he is well-positioned to assist clients in complex civil disputes, cross-border contract negotiations and enforcement, matters involving international agreements or investment frameworks, and privacy and cybersecurity compliance.

Experience and Leadership

Amin is admitted to practice in California and New York. His legal experience spans both the Egyptian civil law system and the U.S. common law system. During his time at ESLA, he handled significant matters before Egypt’s highest courts. With this cross-jurisdictional background and U.S. legal training, Amin is well positioned to assist clients with complex matters involving multiple legal systems, procedural requirements, and substantive legal issues.

Approach to Client Service

Amin approaches international legal matters with attention to legal requirements, business context, cultural differences, and strategic considerations. He takes time to assess each client’s goals, the relevant jurisdictions, and the practical constraints involved before recommending a course of action. His approach is to provide clear and practical guidance that helps clients make informed decisions and protect their interests across borders.
