These Terms of Service govern your use of Supreme Law Group, APC’s client communication services, including SMS/text messaging, email communications, and client portal access. By engaging our firm or consenting to receive communications from us, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake form or engagement agreement, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Supreme Law Group, APC.

What we may send you:

  • Case status updates and scheduling reminders
  • Document requests and deadline reminders
  • Responses to your inquiries sent via text
  • Billing and payment notifications
  • Firm announcements relevant to your matter

Message frequency:

Message frequency varies depending on the status of your matter. You may receive up to several messages per week during active case periods.

Opt-out:

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.

Costs:

Message and data rates may apply. Supreme Law Group, APC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Carrier disclaimer:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not a secure or confidential communication channel. Do not send privileged or sensitive legal information via text message.

Non-Sharing of Opt-In Data:

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

3. Attorney-Client Communications

Communications with Supreme Law Group, APC may be protected by attorney-client privilege. However, SMS and email are not guaranteed secure channels. You acknowledge that using these channels is at your own risk and does not waive any applicable privilege.

An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written retainer agreement. Contacting us via text or email does not create an attorney-client relationship.

4. Privacy

We collect your mobile number and contact information solely for the purpose of providing legal services and communicating with you about your matter. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Supreme Law Group, APC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier or network conditions. Communication via SMS does not constitute legal advice and does not create or modify the terms of your engagement agreement.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated ‘Last updated’ date. Continued use of our communication services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
